Boyfriend of Taraba Varsity Student Found De@d Hours After She Was Discovered Lifeless in His Home
The case surrounding the de@th of 100-level Taraba State University (TSU) student, Comfort Jimtop Oliver, has taken a dramatic turn after her boyfriend, Emmanuel Kefas, was also found d£ad.
Comfort was earlier reported to have di£d in Emmanuel’s home in Jalingo, the state capital. Shortly after, Emmanuel, a 2024 graduate of Human Kinetics from TSU, was discovered lifeless in Tudiri community, just a few meters from Jalingo.
Residents suspect he may have taken his own life following Comfort’s mysterious de@th in his house.
Both deceased lovers lived in the Bakasi area, residing barely 200 meters apart near Dr. Rapha Memorial Guest Inn, close to the Vice-Chancellor’s Gate in Jalingo
Comfort, who was found de@d under questionable circumstances, was said to be in a relationship with Emmanuel since when he was still a student of the institution. Comfort, an indigene of Takum Local Government Area, was identified as a member of the Kuteb ethnic group.
A senior police officer said that empty bottles of hard drinks were found beside the bed where she d!ed.
The state police command has since commenced an investigation into the incident.
