President Tinubu meets security chiefs

President Tinubu held an extended security briefing with all Service Chiefs, including the Inspector-General of Police, the Director-General of the DSS, and heads of other intelligence agencies at the State House on Monday evening.

In a post shared on his social media page, the President said the meeting focused on reviewing the latest security reports and implementing decisive measures to stabilise affected areas and safeguard citizens across the country.

“I am receiving continuous briefings and have directed our security services to move with speed, precision, and absolute resolve.

As President, I am fully committed to the security of all Nigerians. Those who threaten the peace and security of our nation will face the full weight of the law.

Nigeria will prevail” the President said
