President Tinubu Arrives in Abuja After Two-Week Vacation in France
President Bola Tinubu returned to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, after a two-week vacation in Paris, France.
He arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, where he was received by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, and Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule.
Tinubu had left Nigeria on September 4, 2025, to begin his annual holiday, which was initially planned to be split between France and the United Kingdom. During his stay in Paris, he held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace.
On Monday, September 15, the presidency announced that the President will be cutting off his trip and will return home on Tuesday, September 16.
