Man k!lls his wife’s alleged lover in Niger State
A man identified as Shalbal Yusuf of Matadangwoni Village in Auna District, Magama Local Government Area, has allegedly k!lled one Lusha Alhaji Washa, also known as Muyaye, 30, during a domestic altercation.
The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, after Yusuf reportedly found his wife with Washa.
In the confrontation that followed, Yusuf allegedly attacked Washa with a machete, inflicting deep cuts to his head and neck.
The injured man was rushed to the General Hospital, Auna, where he later d!ed while receiving treatment.
The body was photographed and deposited at the hospital for autopsy.
Efforts are ongoing by the police to apprehend Yusuf, who remains at large, as the circumstances surrounding the incident continue to be investigated.
