A young woman has allegedly killed her newborn baby boy shortly after giving birth in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State.

The incident reportedly occurred in the early hours of Sunday, December 14, 2025, behind Government Secondary School, Gboko, sparking shock, grief and unrest within the community.
