Rapper Ice Prince shares inspiring fitness transformation ahead of his birthday
Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has shared details of his recent health and fitness transformation, revealing his decision to adopt a cleaner lifestyle ahead of his birthday on October 30.
In a candid post on X (formerly Twitter), the Oleku hitmaker admitted he was “literally about to explode” — not from illness, but from unhealthy habits and poor lifestyle choices.
He wrote:
“God so good inna me life… A short story!! Was literally about to explode.. no sickness (Bless God) just bad habits and choices. But then Chopstix and Dami said ‘let’s lose the belly Ice’ and that really sparked something in my brain that got me activated.”
Ice Prince went on to share how his longtime friend and producer, Chopstix, began visiting his house daily for evening walks around his estate — sessions that soon turned into deep conversations and bonding moments.
“From that meeting, my brother Chopstix started coming to my house everyday after dinner and we both walked my estate for an hour. Our talks during those walks are priceless to me, as every other thing we’ve talked about since we were kids,” he added.
He ended by saying:
“Next year na full chest lol but please note, if nature didn’t make it, please don’t take it… Health is wealth!!”
