Actress Kate Henshaw and a lawyer clash on X over court ruling on Dr Olufemi Olaleye

Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw and a lawyer on X clashed after she criticised Justice Olukayode Bada over the acquittal of Dr. Olufemi Francis Olaleye who has since been remanded in the UK.

Henshaw wrote that the appellate court judge should “hide his face in shame,” accusing him of freeing the doctor who is now facing new charges abroad.

In response, the lawyer described her remarks as “ignorant,” noting that Court of Appeal decisions are delivered by a three-member panel, not a single judge. He further explained that an acquittal in Nigeria has no bearing on the UK case, as the matters involve separate charges and different victims.

Kate Henshaw responded with insults of her own, dragging him for his remarks and insisting on her stance.
