44-year-old man arrested for disguising as woman to record women inside gym bathrooms
A 44-year-old man has been arrested in Montgomery County, Maryland, for allegedly disguising himself as a woman to secretly record women inside gym bathrooms.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department, officers received a report on October 10, 2025, after a woman at One Life Fitness Club on Seneca Meadows Parkway in Germantown claimed someone had entered the women’s locker room and recorded her while she was in the shower.
Investigations revealed that the suspect, identified as Tshikundi Taty, would dress as a woman to gain access to female locker rooms before removing his disguise and leaving the premises after filming.
On Wednesday, officers followed Taty to a Planet Fitness in White Oak, where he was found inside the women’s locker room — again disguised as a woman
Authorities said he was quickly taken into custody and taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
